No mystery, no surprises.
Six stages from first contact to final handover. You know at every point what is happening, what we need from you and what comes next.
Brief
You describe the business, who it sells to and what the site must achieve. We ask the questions that matter and agree on the scope in writing — so both sides know exactly what is included.
Payment
Once the scope is agreed we send the payment link for your package. The price is the one published on our pricing page — no hidden extras added later.
Concepts
We present several design directions rather than a single proposal. You compare them, tell us what works and what does not, and choose one to develop.
Build
The chosen direction becomes a working responsive site, tested on real phones and browsers. Where your package includes it, the store, back office and analytics are set up at this stage.
Review
You see the site before anyone else does. On the Advanced and Pro packages a structured round of revisions is included, so the final result matches what you had in mind.
Delivery
The site goes live, and you receive the source files, your logo in vector format and — on the Pro package — your written brand guidelines. Full rights transfer to you.
The project moves at the speed of your answers.
A clear brief. What the business does, who it is for, and what a visitor should do on the site. Two paragraphs are enough to start.
Your content. Texts, photographs, product details and any existing logo. If you do not have them yet, tell us — we will tell you exactly what to prepare.
Examples you like. Two or three sites whose look appeals to you. This single step removes most of the guesswork.
Feedback grouped together. One consolidated list of remarks moves faster than fifteen separate messages.
How long it takes.
We give you a realistic date in writing before you pay. These are the factors that actually move it.
Package size
A Starter site is a shorter job than a Pro package with a store, a back office, SEO and full brand guidelines.
Response time
Most delays come from waiting on content or feedback, not from the design work itself.
Scope changes
Adding pages or features mid-project extends the timeline. We tell you the impact before agreeing to it.
Send your brief, get a timeline.
Two paragraphs about your business are enough. We reply with the right package, a price and a realistic delivery date.
