1. Who we are

This website and the Finetv Pro streaming service are operated by FINETV PRO ("Finetv Pro", "we", "us"), whose business address is The company is managed by Finetv Pro Studio, Founder and Managing Director.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not subscribe. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

3. The services

Finetv Pro provides web design and brand identity services: responsive website design, user experience design, e-commerce setup, content management systems, search engine optimisation, analytics integration, logo design and brand guidelines. The exact deliverables depend on the package purchased, as listed on our pricing page.

Hosting and domain names are purchased in your own name and remain your property. We advise on them and handle the technical setup, but their recurring cost is yours.

4. Orders and delivery

Subscriptions are ordered by contacting us. Once your payment has been confirmed, we issue your access details by email, together with setup instructions for your device. Delivery is electronic; nothing is shipped physically.

Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed access period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we do not store your payment details for future charges.

5. Acceptable use

Your subscription is personal and intended for normal household use. You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute your access;
• share your credentials publicly or with an indefinite number of people;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable local law;
• attempt to circumvent, copy or reverse-engineer any technical measure protecting the service.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

6. Timelines and results

We give you a realistic delivery date in writing before work begins. Timelines depend materially on how quickly you supply content and feedback, and we tell you immediately if anything changes the agreed date.

We do not guarantee any particular search engine ranking. The Advanced and Pro packages include technical search optimisation, but positions on search engines depend on your content, your market and factors outside our control.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you supply, and you confirm that you hold the rights to any text, image or logo you send us. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws applicable where you are located.

8. Payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are payable in advance. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order. Any bank or payment-processor charges are borne by you.

9. Refunds

Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access where these terms are breached, or where required by law or by an upstream supplier.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
